Why is the table production and delivery time 3-4 weeks?

1. The first and most important step in the production of an oak dining table is the selection of the right blanks so that we preserve the continuity of the wood structure as much as possible.

2. This is followed by formatting to a rough size and gluing of massive blanks with high-strength glue, which hardens for at least 24 hours under certain pressure. This makes it impossible for the joint to loosen after a certain period of time.

3. After the glue has hardened, hours of grinding, cutting to the required size and creating selected edges follow. In the final phase, we apply oil or varnish, which is always applied in several layers.

4. To make the table truly liquid and stain resistant, the oil must be aged/hardened for 14 days.

5. Then the table is 100% ready to serve and decorate your home for many many years.
